Here is today's lunch:
- watermelon balls
- 2 mini beet chocolate cupcakes
- broccoli
- salad (lettuce, peppers, carrots) with grilled pesto chicken
- dressing
- carrots for a snack
Even though it looks like a lot of food I was still kind of hungry around 4:00. The broccoli usually fills me up and cupcakes provided my necessary sweet treat, yet I felt actual hunger at the end of the day. I think I'm going to try to bulk up my lunch tomorrow or have a heartier breakfast.
