I've been feeling a bit uninspired lately. Not sure what to cook or what to eat and A LOT of the food that I know NOT to eat have been finding their way into my mouth (Mr. Goodbar, I'm looking at you)! I was exercising like a maniac for the past couple of weeks and now I don't even feel like walking down to the lobby to check the mail. Ugh! Anyway, that's life right?
Let's get back to packing lunches and making great meals.
Sometimes I get dips where I am so exercise unmotivated. It is so hard to restart the momentum once you stop. But You can do it! I so would love the recipe to garlic chicken! Tell him your readers are begging!
ReplyDeleteyeah. i'll have the recipe too please! looks great and i have a slow cooker too. loss of motivation is also completely normal. the good thing is, there has never been once - not once - that i have ever exercised and then regretted it later. i remind myself of that whenever my motivation is low, and it helps get me off the lounge (most of the time!)
