Also bring a banana with you. <br /><br />Toast those babies up (the waffles I mean), slather on the safely pre-portioned peanut butter, then slice up the banana. Voila! PB & Banana Waffle Sammich. For NOT THAT MANY points. Super duper satisfying. <br /><br />Have a 4oz ff plain greek yogurt, sweetened with some splenda or sugarfree maple syrup on the side. I'd go crazy and sprinkle some cinnamon on top too. <br /><br />One of my favorite pre-run breakfasts. Or lunches.
